Idylle is an artwork in the landscape, an enclosure, memory of an estate present on the site in ancient times. The structure, cast on earth, emerges from the soil, becoming a landscape to sit on and inhabit. Its niches and holes on the surface become temporary ponds of water reflecting the sky when raining, or new habitats for spontaneus plants, seeds, and small animals. The project is designed by Herman Verkerk and materialized by Studio Ossidiana.
