In a bistro on a rooftop garden, where the chef cooks with the products of the vegetable garden, various surfaces are conceived as a canvas that abstract the garden. The garden is interpreted as a bidimensional surface, a canvas where holes are made to seed, and where the soil is plowed to irrigate. The counter has been treated as a bas-relief, where holes for different porpoise hints and abstract garden grooves. Holes for plants, grooves for seeds, sugar, and spices invite to pick up from a surface that abstracts the soil. The facade has been designed to create a visual connection with the garden, through holes in the walls.
